This is the second set of the design presentation booklet by Chan Sau Yan Associates (CSYA) for the development of the 20 storey high Park Seven apartment blocks in Kula Lumpur City Centre. The presentation portfolio comprises mainly of project schedule, detailed architectural drawings of the various floors, floorplans of various types of living units and facilities layouts within each floor and living units. The portfolio also includes a sketch map of the city centre, perspective renderings of the apartment towers, concept renderings of interiors, proposed decoration materials and proposed concept of an automated private car parking system.
