This report was an outcome of a survey, which was a project of the Southeast Asia Population Research Awards Program, Tanglin, Singapore and the Mindanao State University, Marawi City. It was conducted to determine the characteristics of outmigrants to Sabah, Malaysia from the Philippines. It was to be used as basis for evolving better policies and programs on manpower development for Muslim Mindanao.
