This publication was published in conjunction with the exhibition of Contemporary Ceramics presented by the National Museum, Singapore, 19 Mar-5 Apr. 1987. It has been 12 years since a major contemporary ceramics exhibition was held by the National Museum. The first such exhibition was held in 1975 and featured 14 ceramic artists. This present exhibition features 42 artists with 309 artworks. The publication includes an exhibits list grouped under each ceramic artist.
