Information About

This volume contains 26 ordinances enacted in 1916, 32 ordinances enacted in 1917, 29 ordinances enacted in 1918 and 42 ordinances enacted in 1919. Among the ordinances are those covering life assurance companies, medical registration, duties on tobacco for raising additional revenue, sale of food and drugs, registration of aliens, war tax, railway, public service, coconut palms preservation and copyright. Many of them were enacted to amend the previous ordinances of earlier years.
