The Singapore Public Sector Outcomes Review (SPOR) is coordinated by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) with inputs from all Ministries. The Review provides an overview of the strategic challenges that the public sector, made up of Ministries and government agencies, seeks to address and achieve. These challenges include sustainable economic growth, robust social security, world-class environment and infrastructure, secure and influential Singapore, strong families, cohesive society and effective government.
