Family law in Singapore : cases and commentary on the Women's Charter and family law

Information About

"This book discusses the law of Singapore regulating the affairs of non-Muslim couples who marry and the relationship of non-Muslim parents with their children. Muslim couples and Muslim parents are regulated by a different set of rules. The non-Muslim and Muslim family laws are distinct branches of the law of Singapore. This book concentrates on the former and says little of the latter. Where, exceptionally, the non-Muslim family law is available to Muslims these are pointed out."--Preface
