This is a collection of correspondence between John G. Campbell & Co. and Zehnder Brothers, concerning the conveyance of land and right of way at Covent Garden and Cheang Hong Lim Market Street, from the estate of Cheang Hong Lim to Cheang Tew Muey. The letters are dated 3 August 1940, 6 August 1940 and 6 November 1940. The third letter is enclosed with five tracings and four drafts of the results of search against the adjoining property to the roadways, and a plan of the whole area.
