Richard Wan Kum Wah (温金华) is a Singaporean songwriter and producer. He has worked on a variety of works including television songs, dramas, commercial jingles, theatre works and education works for schools since 1994. In the span of his career, he has focused mainly on the children genre, having written songs for Mediacorp, Ministry of Education and National Day Parade.
