Putu mayam

Putu mayam is one of my favourite foods of all time. I remember very clearly that during back then when I was a kid, the Indian uncle used to ride the motorbike around the neighbourhood that sells putu mayam. They usually honk very loud to alert us that they are here. My neighbour and I will ran/chase towards the motorbike ‘honk’ sound and hopefully able to catch him and buy putu mayam from him. It was fun. I guess nowadays the kids not able to experience this anymore. The usual place to buy putu mayam nowadays is at Indian food stall.
