Everyone can coach. Whether you are a leader or team member at the workplace, community or family, people around you can benefit from your coaching. Your coaching questions have the power to engage, empower and enable them for greater things. When you start asking open questions instead of the usual telling mode, you would have changed the flavour and direction of your conversations — from an “I am telling you” mode to a “tell me what’s on your mind” approach. Take the first steps to creating valuable coaching moments for your people, friends and family members.
Learning to coach is as simple as C.L.A.P.  In this session, Swee Heng will show you how you can coach in the moment with 5 essential coaching skills. The session will be interactive, lively and experiential, as is the style of the speaker.
About the Speaker
The author of “Coaching In The Moment — How Busy Leaders Can Make More Impact With Less Time”,  Tan Swee Heng is a well-grounded and sought-after leadership coach with 38 years of senior leadership and management experience. He trains and coaches in the region for international and local organisations. He is a professionally certified coach with the International Coaching Federation with more than 1,000 paid coaching hours.
Prior to forming LZ Leadership International, Swee Heng was the head of Human Resource for Reed Business Asia Pacific and Deloitte Singapore. He was also previously a senior officer with the Singapore Air Force.
