Aging gracefully is aging healthfully. Good physical and mental health allows us to embrace life and its opportunities and challenges with greater freedom and peace of mind. In recent years, Dementia has emerged as a rising threat to the practice of healthful aging. But what exactly is Dementia? What are its signs and symptoms, and what is the difference between Dementia and forgetfulness? More importantly, what are some lifestyle modifications that can help reduce the risk of Dementia?

Part 1 - aims to introduce participants to a basic understanding of Dementia i.e. its signs and symptoms.
Part 2 - covers the basic techniques of interacting with persons with Dementia as well as simple dietary/lifestyle modifications that may help manage Dementia risk.
