This programme is organised by Society for Chinese Ceramics Studies.
The session will be conducted in Chinese.

As a continuation of the 2 preceding lectures, after clarifying the characteristics of Ge ware, Mr Ye Ke Wei will compare Guan and Ge wares, from literature, excavated objects, kiln excavations as well as he comparison of the crafts of making Guan and Ge. Therefrom he will discuss whether Guan and Ge are distinguishable or not. He wraps up the talk with a tour to appreciate the Guan and Ge wares from known collections.
