Programme Synopsis

Writing is a common form of self-expression that can be powerfully used for personal wellbeing. In this workshop led by Nicole K., you will discover the narratives we tell ourselves through journalling, and what it means to create hope and healing in the face of adversity through the process of 're-storying'.  Based on the principles of journalling and storytelling, you can expect to experience fun but powerful moments during the session as you are guided through a mix of writing exercises and small-group activities designed to make room for personal reflection, catharsis, emotional awareness, and resilience.

Limited seats. For ages 18 and up.
