Join Banyan Tree co-founder Claire Chiang as she shares her journey of growing up in Singapore and how the Merdeka ethos of a rugged society shaped her into the person she is today – a mother of three, a grandmother of three, community activist, entrepreneur and educationist. She will also touch on her challenges and failures as well as the values that drove her at each phase of her life to keep her motivated and resilient.

About the Speaker
Claire Chiang is the co-founder of Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, a leading developer and manager of premium resorts, urban hotels and destination spas around the world. She is a Senior Vice-President of Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd. and the Chairperson for China Business Development. Since 2006, she has focused on the acquisition of new management contracts besides overseeing key strategic issues in organisational and human capital capability.
