Do you often feel sleepy and tired after a heavy lunch?

In order to beat the “zzz” monster, do you find yourself resorting to taking small bites such as candies and biscuits to keep you awake at work? Often, these sweet treats do not last long and you will end up feeling drained again!

Many of us experienced the above phenomenon (also commonly known as the “Food Coma”) almost on a daily basis but we never understood why.  Learn all about what goes on in your body when “food coma” happens and how to avoid them!

This programme is free however registration is required.
