2-Day Workshop
9 & 10 Dec, 2pm - 4pm

Participants have to be able to commit to these 2 days of the workshop.

Welcome to the world of Concrete Everything!

Learn the basics of concrete casting and engage your creative self as you are guided through a step-by-step process to design, build and craft a lamp from scratch. Participants will be broken up into teams of 5 and work together over 2 afternoons to use a variety of tools and skills to create a lighted object that examplifies the industrial design style.

Please note that participants will not be able to bring home the lamp at the end of the workshop, as the end products are meant for a installation showcase to be held in the later half of the year (July/August 2018).

Programmes is suitable for youths/adults aged 15 and above. If the workshop is full and you would like to be placed on the waitlist, please include your name and mobile number to arts@nlb.gov.sg with the workshop as the subject title.
