Saturday, 25 May 2019
2.00 pm – 3.15 pm
Meeting Point: Level 13, National Library Building

Discover the treasures that lie within the National Library. Led by one of our librarians, don’t miss this chance to find out more about early European accounts of Southeast Asia from the Library’s Rare Materials collection.

These accounts contain descriptions of the places, peoples, culture, languages and natural history of a region once known by a variety of names accorded to its cities and kingdoms.

You will also visit the Donors' Gallery, learn about the Lee Kong Chian Reference Library as well as our Singapore heritage and Southeast Asian collections.

Free Admission
