Paul Haverfield is the Chief Technology Officer and Presales Leader for HPE Hybrid IT technologies in Asia Pacific (APAC). With more than 30 years’ experience in IT, Haverfield has held many industry roles in both IT vendor and end-user customer organizations. In his current role, he is responsible for promoting and educating customers, analysts, and media on all core aspects of data center compute and storage technologies, trends and best practices.

Dazzling Chong is the Chief Talent Officer of Great at You Pte Ltd who helps individuals and companies to reinvent themselves and find their WHY in the age of AI. Dazzling’s forte as Purpose Coach lies in Design Thinking one's purpose based on his USP or unique identity. She has hosted a Talent Roundtable at the Singapore Fintech Festival 2018 and was also a Chairperson for the Talent Management Asia 2019. Her second, upcoming book to be released next year, Breaking the Code of You: Find the Problem You Were Born to Solve will feature her 4 Step Purpose Roadmap to help PMETs and entrepreneurs chart their path with inspiring stories of her interviewees.
