The grow your own food movement is getting city dwellers with neither land nor corridor space interested in growing their own edibles.  What other spaces are available besides limited land on the ground? Rooftops!  How is it possible? What can possibly grow on a rooftop? What is required to set-up an urban farm on the rooftops of condominium buildings or even multi-storey carparks? How can it be sustained for the long haul? Phoon Lyvenne, CIB Ambassador from Spectra Secondary School may have the answers for you.  She will be sharing her challenges and successes on growing Spectra Edible Learning Garden on her school’s rooftop for the past three years.
