Back in the 1980s when the Office Suites programmes came into existence, it brought together the different software for word processing, database and spreadsheet. As a result, typewriters, files and handwritten ledgers either became obsolete or artefacts in the museum. As devices become more compact and storage moves to the ‘cloud’, office suites or work productivity suites have become increasingly important in helping people collaborate, share and communicate better. This session will focus on the use of Microsoft Office 365 that offers the mobile and desktop version of the apps.

Participants will experience the range of apps that are available in Office 365 in this session and learn how to work online, offline, simultaneously with people in the same room or on another planet, provided they have WiFi too!

This workshop is suitable for participants with experience using MS Office. Laptops with the software will be provided for use.
