Customer Relationship Management or CRM software allows you to focus on your customers, instead of always trying to search on the last email or conversation. The software can look confusing but they are quite user friendly, with features that are commonly found in email and contacts. Using HubSpot as an example of a CRM software, we will take a look at some of the features that can help professionals and businesses to better manage customer relationships and turn that “potential” client to a paying one. Laptops with the software will be provided for use.
