Many of us often describe ourselves as having an on-going challenge with our self-confidence. Our busy and, often, competitive working environment can have an impact on confidence. Improving self-confidence helps us to demonstrate where we add value and be more authentic. In increasingly pressurised workplaces, the ability to be resilient is also increasingly important and is linked to our ability to feel confident.

The workshop will provide practical tools that would help you:

• Understand the psychological aspects of self-confidence and resilience
• See confidence as an area you can invest in, develop and improve
• Know how to challenge your own negativity
• Develop and maintain healthy self-confidence and resilience
