The Red Pencil (Singapore), a charitable organization that brings art therapy to the community, is organizing a hands-on workshop to introduce participants to the benefits of art therapy and how to incorporate it into their daily life. Participants (aged 18 and above) with or without background in art, may register to join and learn about the creative process of arts to take care of one’s mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. As art therapy facilitates release, relief, reflection, repair and restoration, participants will leave the session feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The workshop will be conducted by a certified art therapist in a private setting with other registered participants only.

This workshop is in conjunction with our postcard making event that will be happening at the same time.
