This talk looks at the idea of health, highlighting key indicators of wellness. Many of us are not aware of the types and manifestations of mental health conditions, including those commonly reported in Singapore.
What are some of the signs and symptoms of mental health distress? Do we know where we should go if we suspect something may be wrong? As family, friends or co-workers, where can we learn about creating a supportive environment for those journeying towards recovery?
The talk ends with several fundamentals for improving our sense of well-being.
