About Research Services for Corporate Clients
The National Library Board (NLB) provides professional and customised research services to meet the needs of corporations, government agencies and statutory boards to help them make informed policy decisions. We focus on a wide range of subject areas involving public policy, including the arts, education, health care, workforce, security, social mattes and library leadership.
We draw on a rich array of print and non-print resources to provide you with the most relevant and timely information. These resources include electronic versions of books, journals, manuscripts, reports and newspaper articles from reputable online sources and NLB’s eResources.
Our services not only help you save time and effort but also offer access to accurate, relevant and easily accessible information. Rest assured that your information needs are kept strictly confidential.
We provide insights and the latest updates on topics of interest to corporate decision-makers and industry specialists. Each industry digest contains an overview of a topic with citations for readers to delve deeper into the readings. The number of pages for each Digest ranges from 10 to 20 pages, including charts and visuals. Each issue is delivered on a bimonthly or quarterly basis, depending on the Client’s needs.
Alerts track the latest trends across specific subject areas related to an organisation's needs. These updates provide information that is current and timely. The number of annotated citations for each Alert ranges from 15 to 25 citations. Each alert is sent on a monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly basis, depending on the Client’s needs.
