Diana

A doting mother of three, Diana Ser is no stranger to the Singapore media industry. With two decades of experience in both journalism and entertainment under her belt, the veteran presenter and former journalist is best remembered for her role as an investigative reporter in CNA’s award-winning series, Get Real!

Evelyn

Evelyn Tan is a devoted mother of four – three sons and one daughter – and is married to fellow Singaporean actor Darren Lim. The affable MediaCorp artiste and presenter is a favourite among fans; she was named one of the “Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes” in 1998 and 1999. Evelyn is now a teacher to her home-schooled children, but still occasionally emcees at public events.

Nic A father of two young children, Nicholas Aaron Khoo was featured in Better Internet campaign in February 2015 by the Media Literacy Council. He is the Head of the eCommerce risk consulting services in Asia Pacific and Japan for a Fortune 500 company.

As the Chairperson of Singapore’s Cybersports & Online Gaming Association and President of Interactive Digital Media Chapter, Singapore Computer Society, Nicholas has engaged many youths in their passion for all things digital.

Nicholas currently serves on the SG50 Education and Youth Committee, the National Council for Problem Gambling and 14th National Youth Council where he led the delegation to the Nanjing Youth Olympics in 2014.


Jhee

Dr Jiow Hee Jhee has trained more than 40,000 local and international youths, and 4,000 parents on cyber wellness, life skills, healthy relationships and communication. Being a pioneer of the cyber wellness movement in Singapore, he was involved in setting up the first Cyber Wellness Centre in Singapore in 2006. Currently a Lecturer with the Singapore Institute of Technology, Dr Jiow’s research interests include the impact of media on the family and cybercrime. Husband to a lovely wife, they parent four beautiful young children.


MODERATED BY

eejayChong Ee Jay is a member on board the Media Literacy Council to promote an astute and responsible participatory culture. He is also the Manager of TOUCH Cyber Wellness, a service of TOUCH Community Service. Ee Jay champions public education programmes both locally(through schools and national level efforts) and internationally, as well as counselling intervention and youth mentoring works.
