Imagine how life will be if you're able to manage and remove most of your negative emotions! In this talk which is adapted from our core HappinessAct programme at Society for WINGS, you will learn how to identify the difference between the thinking & emotional brain; how to get rid of unhealthy ways to manage stressful situations. Unlock your key to gaining happiness! This talk is for women aged 40 years and above. There will be a book sharing based on the topics discussed and participants may borrow the books after the sharing. Suitable for adults. Brought to you by WINGS - a non-profit education centre for women aged 40 and older to help them to age actively.

Registration is required at the library e-kiosks or at http://www.nlb.gov.sg/golibrary.
