Sleep is essential for a person’s health and well-being. Yet, it is often replaced by other activities that we deem more important, such as completing work tasks, homework, playing online games, checking text messages on the mobile phone, etc. Some individuals struggle to fall asleep or remain asleep through the night, resulting in poor quality of life. This talk discusses how modern lifestyle affect sleep and  the consequences that come with poor quality sleep. Learn how you can have better quality sleep the natural way, without the need for medications.

Admission is free but registration is required at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/quality-sleep-to-a-quality-living-tickets-34130591518?aff=NLB
